                  01切削液廢水的來源及危害
                 
                  切削液廢水主要來源于金屬加工行業用于冷卻、光滑防腐的切削液腐敗、功能衰退。切削液廢水呈乳白色,含有大量礦物油、動植物油、含油劑、表面活性劑、乳化劑、防腐劑等有機無機添加劑。Cod、油類等指標都很高,有毒,難以生物降解,對環境造成很大破壞。

                  切削液廢水的主要處理方法
                 
                  切削液的主要處理方法有預處理和深度處理。預處理方法有酸化、鹽析、凝集、混凝、吸附等;后處理方法有活性污泥法、生物濾池法和生物膜法。
                 
                  混凝+活性污泥法:在廢水中加入破乳劑可有效提高水包油乳狀液的界面張力,使污水中的油和膠體顆粒失去穩定的斥力和吸引力,最終失去穩定性,形成絮狀物。經過進一步的化學架橋,最終完成污水中油水及其有毒有害物質的分離,實現污水含油物質的分離。COD下降。經過預處理后,采用活性污泥法進一步處理,最終達到排放標準。

                  5實驗結論
                 
                  試驗表明,切削液廢水經gt-d03型破乳劑混凝劑處理后,可完成固液兩相分離,固液兩相絮凝分層明顯,分離速度快,水質清澈,COD和油類物質均有大大減少了。由于gt-d03破乳劑的用量因素對實驗效果有明顯影響,因此有必要嚴格控制用量,具體用量見詳細實驗報告。
                 
                  6野外作業
                 
                  根據現場具體情況,我公司利用加藥設備和計量泵,在混凝反應池入口均勻加入gt-d03破乳劑混凝劑,使其充分混合。氣浮后,固液相分離完成,水質清澈。Cod由68000ppm降至7600ppm,SS由2960ppm降至45ppm,石油類由6800ppm降至21ppm,為后續生化系統的正常運行開辟了新的途徑。預處理后的水進入厭氧-好氧生化處理,進一步處理水體中的污染物。沉淀池出水經活性炭吸附,使水質達到排放標準。

                  Main treatment methods of cutting fluid wastewater
                 
                  The main treatment methods of cutting fluid include pretreatment and advanced treatment.The pretreatment methods include acidification,salting out,agglutination,coagulation,adsorption,etc.The post-treatment methods include activated sludge process,biological filter process and biofilm process.
                 
                  Coagulation+activated sludge process:adding demulsifier in the waste water can effectively improve the interfacial tension of the oil in water emulsion,so that the oil and colloidal particles in the sewage will lose stable repulsive force and attractiveness,and eventually lose stability and form flocs.After further chemical bridging,the separation of oil and water and its toxic and harmful substances in the sewage will eventually be completed and the sewage oil substances will be separated.And COD decreased.After pretreatment,the water conservancy will be further treated by activated sludge process,which will eventually meet the discharge standard.

                  2.Company products:gt-d03 demulsifier coagulant is a kind of inorganic polymer graft copolymer with high molecular weight and unique chemical structure;after dissolved in water,it can play the role of adsorption bridge and electric neutralization between particles,agglomerate emulsified oil and colloid in wastewater,and separate precipitation;it has excellent oil removal,decoloration,COD removal effect,and completes the process of demulsification and coagulation at one time.
                 
                  5.Experimental conclusion
                 
                  Through the experiment,it can be seen that after the cutting fluid wastewater is treated by gt-d03 demulsifier coagulant,the solid-liquid two-phase separation can be completed,and the solid-liquid two-phase flocculation can be clearly stratified,and the separation speed is fast,the water quality becomes clear,and COD and oil substances have been greatly reduced.As the dosage factors of gt-d03 demulsifier have obvious influence on the experimental effect,it is necessary to strictly control the dosage,please refer to the dosage in the detailed experimental report.
                 
                  6.Field operation
                 
                  According to the detailed situation of the site,our company used the dosing equipment and metering pump to evenly add gt-d03 demulsifier coagulant to the inlet of the coagulation reaction tank to make it fully mixed.After air flotation,the solid-liquid phase separation was completed,and the water quality became clear.Cod decreased from 68000ppm to 7600ppm,SS from 2960ppm to 45ppm,and petroleum from 6800ppm to 21ppm,which created a new way for the normal operation of subsequent biochemical system Conditions.The pretreated water enters into anaerobic aerobic biochemical treatment to further treat the pollutants in the water body.The effluent from the sedimentation tank is adsorbed by activated carbon to make the water quality meet the discharge standard.
