這是油基切削液在使用過程中普遍存在的問題，其主要原因是切削過程中的高溫和高負荷。如果油基切削液成分相對較輕，閃點較低，會產生油煙甚至著火。解決辦法是使用成分重、閃點高的油基切削液。如果效果不佳，則應使用水基切削液。
2為什么操作者的手在使用油性切削液一段時間后會出現皮膚過敏？
引起皮炎和過敏的原因很多，比如手部腫脹或脫皮，或眼睛刺激，程度因人而異。由于長期使用油基切削液，一些人的體質對石化產品過敏。另外一個原因就是油脂的深度不足以使人的皮膚產生過敏反應，而油脂的深度又可能是因為油脂含量超過皮膚的酸性。此時，必須及時更換優質切削油。
三。為什么油切削液使用一段時間后，工件出現生銹現象？
油基切削液的耐蝕性較差，這可能是由于極壓添加劑在油基切削液中的反應和分解所致。例如，含氯添加劑在有微量水的情況下會導致水解，并導致生銹；也有因機械加工零件儲存和儲存不當以及環境惡劣而導致的生銹。具體解決方案如下：

The corrosion resistance of oil-based cutting fluid is poor,which may be due to the reaction and decomposition of extreme pressure additives in the oil-based cutting fluid.For example,chlorine containing additives cause hydrolysis in the presence of trace water and cause rust;there are also rust caused by poor storage and storage of machined parts and poor environment.Specific solutions are as follows:
